1. General

By placing an order through this store, you agree to the following terms. This store is operated by Aloha Animal Outreach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 87-1327369) based in Hawaiʻi. All purchases directly support our outreach programs for animals in unhoused communities across Oʻahu.

2. Products and Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Because items are produced individually when you order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before shipping begins. We do not hold inventory.

3. Shipping

We ship within the United States only.

  • Orders under $50: $5.00 flat rate standard shipping
  • Orders $50 and over: Free standard shipping
  • Express shipping: $15.00

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Standard: 5 to 10 business days
  • Express: 2 to 5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a print error. To request a replacement:

We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After production has started, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, email store@alohaanimaloutreach.org immediately with your order number.

6. Sizing

Size guides are provided on each product page. Sizes may vary slightly between styles and brands. We recommend consulting the guide before ordering as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing.

7. Colors

Colors shown in product mockups are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the finished product due to monitor settings and fabric dye variations — particularly for garment-dyed items like our Comfort Colors styles where natural variation is part of the product's character.

8. Nonprofit Disclosure

Aloha Animal Outreach is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Purchases from this store are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions — they are commercial transactions for goods. If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation, please visit alohaanimaloutreach.org/donate.

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, shipping address, email, payment information). Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store credit card information. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (Printful, shipping carriers).

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, and designs on our products are the property of Aloha Animal Outreach. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
